These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Japan Partner Audit website and services.
By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Description
Japan Partner Audit provides an independent pre-contract decision-support audit for manufacturers considering partnerships in Japan.
The service consists of:
- Reviewing information and documents submitted by the client
- Producing a written PDF audit report
- Delivering the report within approximately 3–5 business days
No meetings, negotiations, or direct contact with partners are included.
2. Not Consulting or Legal Advice
Our service is not legal, financial, or business consulting.
All reports are provided for informational and decision-support purposes only.
Clients remain solely responsible for their business decisions and contractual agreements.
3. Payment and Fees
The service fee is USD $300 per case, payable in advance.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
All fees are non-refundable once the audit process has started.
4. Delivery
Audit reports are delivered by email in PDF format to the address provided by the client.
Delivery time is estimated at 3–5 business days but may vary depending on submission completeness.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Ensure submitted documents do not violate any third-party rights
- Understand that incomplete or inaccurate information may affect the audit result
6. Intellectual Property
All audit reports and materials produced by Japan Partner Audit remain our intellectual property.
Clients may use the report for internal decision-making purposes only.
Redistribution or resale is prohibited without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
Japan Partner Audit shall not be liable for:
- Business losses
- Contract disputes
- Financial damages
- Indirect or consequential damages
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service.
8. Confidentiality
We treat all submitted information as confidential and handle it according to our Privacy Policy.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to refuse service in cases of abuse, fraud, or misuse.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Japan.
